Before I became a therapist, I taught school. I was the clinical director of Laura'sHouse walk in center but the majority of my experience has been in private practice. \nCarrine (\u201cCarrie\u201d) Pilkington is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as well as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who works with individuals, adolescents, children, couples, and families. She has been licensed since 2013 and certified since 2009. She has worked with clients experiencing a range of symptoms such as anxiety, depression, surviving domestic violence and abuse, social deficits, and autism spectrum disorder. Carrie\u2019s preferred model of therapy is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Behavior Analysis, Solution Focused Therapy, Parent Training, and Behavior Skills Training (BST).<\/p>\n

Danielle Lopez-Bopp, LMFT, ATR<\/h3>\n

Danielle Lopez-Bopp has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2000 and a Registered Art Therapist since 2007.<\/p>\n

She earned an Undergraduate Degree in Sociology from Rutgers University and received a Masters in Counseling Psychology from National University.\u00a0 Ms. Lopez-Bopp attended U.C.S.D extension for art therapy training. Prior to entering private practice much of her experience was with adolescents in residential treatment. Issues focused on mood disorders, anxiety, eating disorders and self injurious behavior. She has had the opportunity to work with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds. Though Ms. Lopez-Bopp sees children, adolescents and adults she especially enjoys working with adolescents and families.\u00a0 Therapeutic approach\u2019s used are Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Interventions. Art Therapy is a beneficial element. Some things are expressed easier though images than verbal communication.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Mie Tsuchimoto, LMFT<\/h3>\n

Telehealth: Individuals, Adolescents, Children, Couples, and Families
\n<\/b>Mie Lynn is our resident \u201cTelehealth\u201d provider for this agency. Mie Lynn has been with us since October of 2009 and encompasses an eclectic solutions focused approach to therapy. She provides empathic, compassionate listening, and emotional healing. Her modalities include; cognitive behavioral therapy, communication skills development, and behavior modification strategies to individuals, couples, children, and families. These approaches have been successful pertaining to healing family dynamics, parent-child interaction, couples interaction, improving communication, and providing stress reduction. Additional therapy services include; aiding a family\u2019s adjustment to military lifestyles, surviving combat PTSD, chronic childhood trauma, emotional, spiritual, physical, and sexual abuses, military family re-integration, corporate EAP drug and alcohol abuse assessment, and bereavement counseling. Clinical skills include; case management, development and implementation of treatment plans, appropriate medical and psychological referrals, and provides psycho-educational resources. Mie is also a faith based therapist, implementing a biblical viewpoint if desired, but is also unbiased and accepts clients of all cultures, world views, and belief systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Cathy M. Glassner, LMFT<\/h3>\n

\n<\/strong>Ms. Glassner is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working with teenagers, couples and families for over\u00a035 years.\u00a0 She has worked in the public and private sectors both in Los Angeles and more recently in Murrieta.\u00a0 For ten years, she was Clinical Director and Administrator of a 76-bed residential dual-diagnosis treatment center for children and teenagers and prior to that as Clinical Program Director for a 116-bed hospital serving the chronically mentally ill adult population.\u00a0 Ms. Glassner specializes\u00a0in mood disorders (bipolar, depression, anxiety), psychotic disorders, addictions, and Post-Traumatic Stress disorders.\u00a0 At Aurora , she has worked extensively with military personnel and their families.\u00a0with Post Traumatic Sress issues.\u00a0as well as Critical Stress Debriefing Incidents with large corporations.\u00a0\u00a0Taking a more psychodynamic approach, Cathy feels that one must re-explore the past in order to move into a healthy present and experience joy and inner contentment in the future; or, \u201cyou can\u00a0 never really know where you are going until you know where you have been.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0This approach has successfully aided in reunification of couples, families, and healing\u00a0individuals with trauma-based pasts. Cathy's clients report a wonderful therapeutic relationship with her and noticeable improvement in the quality of their lives as a result of her caring compassionate manner and excellent clinical skills!

\n<\/strong>Anna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) practicing in southern California. \u00a0Her diverse background includes working with teens in and out of the school setting, the college population, working professionals, military members, couples, and families.<\/p>\n

While life is filled with exciting, enjoyable, and memorable moments, there are times we face challenges where more clarity is needed. \u00a0Anna takes a nonjudgmental and collaborative approach with clients to explore, manage, and overcome issues related to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, addiction, impulsivity, self-esteem, grief, and everyday life stressors.<\/p>\n
